lead agency. This information is
available to the public upon
request.
This DNS is issued under WAC
197-11-340(2) and the lead
agency will not act on this proposal
for 14 days from the date
of publication (12/28/22). Any
interested parties may submit
written comments on this proposal.
Written comments on
this DNS must be submitted to
the City of Ritzville by 5 pm on
January 10, 2023.
Appeal Deadline: Pursuant to
Ritzville Municipal Code (RMC)
11.255 Appeals, a determination
of nonsignificant decision may
be appealed within 14 days.
Written appeals must contain a
concise statement and the appropriate
appeal fee must be
filed by a person or agency to
