NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR FIBER-TO-THE-HOME DESIGN WORKAdams County (Project Owner) is seeking proposals for fiber de-sign work from interested parties for its Washington State Broad-band Office funded project to build a fiber system that includes last mile connections to serve the premises in Lind, Ritzville and portions of Othello, as well as ap-proximately 15 miles of mid-mile infrastructure to connect Lind to an existing backbone.Proposals must be in writing and address each of the elements outlined in the Request for Pro-posal (RFP). Submittals should be delivered or mailed to Adams County Commissioners, 210 W. Broadway, Ritzville, WA 99169 by December 13, 2022 and will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. that day. Proposals received after that date shall be considered subject to the acceptance of a prior received proposal. Faxed submissions will not be ac-cepted. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any and all propos-als or to waive any irregularity. The terms of any final contract will be established by negotiations for any reason. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the qualifications necessary to fully, properly and timely carry out all of the obliga-tions described in the RFP.
