PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR FIBER-TO-THE-HOME DESIGN WORK
Adams County (Project Owner) is seeking proposals for fiber design
work from interested parties for its Washington State Broadband
Office funded project to build a fiber system that includes last mile connections to serve the premises in Lind, Ritzville and portions of Othello, as well as approximately
15 miles of mid-mile infrastructure to connect Lind to an existing backbone.
Proposals must be in writing and address each of the elements outlined in the Request for Proposal
(RFP). Submittals should be delivered or mailed to Adams County Commissioners, 210 W. Broadway, Ritzville, WA 99169 by December 13, 2022 and will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. that day. Proposals received after that date shall be considered subject to the acceptance of a prior received proposal. Faxed submissions will not be accepted.
The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals
or to waive any irregularity. The terms of any final contract will be established by negotiation.
The Project Owner reserves the right to terminate negotiations
for any reason.

the qualifications necessary
