• What are the most significant challenges facing law enforcement in this county?

I feel the most significant challenge is the ability to hire good quality staff and retain them, there is a major lack of individuals willing and qualified to work in law enforcement across the country. This problem is not unique to Adams county, but significantly impacts our ability to perform our duties. Our jail is currently one of my major focuses. I have been working to make improvements, increase wages and hire good quality staff.

• Why are you more suited to address those challenges than your opponent?

Experience matters, I have the experience and gain more everyday. I understand what it takes to build a successful team. I know how the system works from budgeting, to enforcement of laws. I also have the experience to take a stand against those who might try too infringe on our rights as Americans. with me you will get the best leadership, this is why I am endorsed by the Adams County Deputies Association, so many high ranking Republican Officials, local leaders, Sheriff's across the state, and police in our region. I have been very blessed with the opportunity to serve.
