Assist Ritzville police with an overdose case in the 100 block of West Cherry Avenue, Ritzville.

Jose Manuel Figueroa-Gutierrez, 18, of Othello, arrested by citation and released following a reported of a vehicle speeding on a canal access road in the 2100 block of West State Highway 26, Othello.

Dayven Quezada, 19, of Othello, arrested for third-degree assault, violation of a protection order and obstructing a law enforcement officer in the 2000 block of West Bench Road, Othello. The arrest followed a call for a domestic dispute.
