Porky's Clubhouse Grill opens at golf course

RITZVILLE -- After a month of settling in, the owners Porky's Clubhouse Grill at the Ritzville Golf Course are satisfied with business, so far.

"It's been keeping us busy," Jackeline Pacheco, who operates the new hot dog spot. "I've had to hire two new gals to help us."

Pacheco, an Arizona native, established the first Porky's two years ago as a hot dog stand in Moses Lake, which still operates three to four days a week.

She works front of house, taking orders and relaying them to her husband, Mario Flores, who grinds away in the kitchen.
