Farmers Festival set for June 24-26

LaCROSSE – The annual Farmers Festival returns to town June 24-26.

This year, the theme of the event is “Back to our Roots.”

This year’s Farmers Festival will kick off, Friday, June 24, with a cruise-in featuring classic chassis and other vehicles.

The fun continues Saturday with a parade and old-fashioned contests like stick horse racing, rolling pin toss, and three-legged, sack and wheelbarrow races.

There will also be a hole-in-one contest and other activities.

The annual event is organized by the nonprofit LaCrosse Business Group, which is currently seeking financial assistance to help cover the cost of the planned event.
