Odessa gun club results reported

ODESSA – The Odessa Gun Club reported the following results for its Feb. 20 trapshoot:

Nick Tebow and Markus Smith both shot perfect scores of 25, while Jared Praetorious shot 24, and Cody Stanford, Jon Fink, Garret Braun and Jared King all shot 23.

Shooting 22 were Ryan Lewis, Anthony Paszkeisz, Mitch Wraspir and Kit Watson. Tyler Smith, Brian Wraspir, Meagan Tebow and Koree Smith, and Holden Iverson shot 21.

Those with 20 and under were Trevor Smith, Colley Walter, Bill Weber, Stan Dammel, Nathan Melcher, Cade Weber, Tucker Walter, Tom Schuh, Hudson Watson, Bo Walter, Sawyer Walter, HaLee Walter, Jesse Reeves, Lexi Eden, Kolter Watson, Troy Hardung, Levi Hardung, Ryan Melgren, Spencer Olson and Casen Watson.

Odessa players make NE1B all-league

ODESSA – Several local basketball players have made the NE1B-South all-league teams.

Jacob Scrupps of Odessa made the boys all-league team.

For the Odessa girls, Ashlyn Neilsen and Hayden Schuh were both named to the all-league team.

Neilsen was also named co-MVP along with Mimi Isaak of Almira-Coulee-Hartline.

Former Odessa High School Tiger, Macey Singer, now playing for Curlew, was also named to the NE1B-North all-league team.
