RITZVILLE – A local man was arrested early Friday evening after allegedly trespassing at Ritzville Golf Course.
Brian Massey of Ritzville was arrested on a probable cause of trespassing at the Ritzville Golf Course and numerous warrants issued by Adams County District Court.
The warrants stem from a July arrest and a Sept. 7 arraignment, records show. The warrants involve alleged harassment, malicious mischief and possessing a dangerous weapon, records show.
According to Ritzville Police Chief Dave McCormick, on a social media, Massey had a no trespass order at the golf course stemming from a charge of malicious mischief and damaging the eighth.
He was seen on surveillance video looking in a window at the clubhouse at 3:25 a.m. Friday, Sept. 10, records show.
Massey's activities have been a source of concern in the community since early this summer, officials said.
Recently, he has been spotted near the schools, allegedly making lewd gestures to young girls, records show.
