Washtucna Pool to open June 12

WASHTUCNA – Adams County Park and Recreation District No. 2 will be opening the Washtucna Pool June 12, according to Park and Recreation District President Codi Titus.

Hours will be everyday 1 to 5 p.m., and additional evening hours Thursday through Saturday of 6 to 8 p.m.

Daily swim is free this year.

Returning lifeguards are Jazlynn Webb, Jordanne Webb and Nick Webb. New lifeguards this year are Landen Eacret and Logan Blake.

Swim lessons are available by Theresa St. Hilaire August 16-20. The cost is $30 for both weeks, or $15 for one week. Interested parties can sign up at the pool.

The Washtucna Pool is located at 300 SW Spring Street.
