Time to file for office

ADAMS COUNTY – Candidate filing week for offices in Adams County begins next week, Monday, March 17, and runs through Friday, May 21.

To file for a board member position on the Lind and Ritzville School Boards, the deadline to file with the county auditor's office is March 15.

The primary election is the first Tuesday in August (August 3). Ballots will be mailed to voters July 14-16.

Candidates filing for office in Adams County are invited to schedule a time for a short interview and photograph to be included in the Ritzville Adams County Journal by emailing [email protected].
