Darlene J. (Kuest) Streeter

Darlene J. (Kuest) Streeter, 88, passed away on April 6, 2021. She was born and raised in Odessa to Herbert and Emma Kuest.

Upon graduation she moved to Ritzville to work at the telephone office. She met and married Stanley Streeter and had two children. Together they owned and operated The Tasty Freeze in Ritzville (Now Boxwood). They then built and designed Stan’s Burgers in Sprague (The 1st of three). When the freeway by-passed Sprague they moved to Oregon and purchased two hotels where they lived until 1990 when they returned to Stanley’s child hood home.

She was preceded to heaven by her daughter Leanne, her parents, and two sisters: Francis Weber and Imogene Schaffer. She is survived by her husband Stanley Streeter, daughter Paula and grandson Cole Parmelee, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid there will be no service. Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice. No Flowers please.
