Alcohol Offense - 2000 block West Bench Road Othello
Complainant advised of an older male subject lying on the ground at the location, possibly intoxicated. Deputies located several juveniles who had been drinking. All juveniles were released to their parents. One juvenile was transported to Othello Community Hospital via ambulance for possible alcohol poisoning.
Vehicle Prowl - 2200 block West Shelly Road Othello
Dispatch advised of a theft call at the location. Deputies contacted the complainant who advised an unknown subject had entered her vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.
Agency Assist - Moses Lake
The Tactical Response Team was activated to conduct a high-risk warrant in Moses Lake.
Malicious Mischief - West Highway 26 and West Moon Road Othello
Dispatch advised of a graffiti in progress at the location. Deputies contacted juveniles in the area. One juvenile was arrested for Malicious Mischief 3rd Degree.
Suspicious - 600 block South Taylor Road Othello
Dispatch advised of a suspicious call at the location in which a bicycle was pulling a child’s all terrain vehicle. Deputies located the bicycle and ATV but nothing criminal observed.
Runaway Juvenile - 2100 block West May Street Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report ajuvenile as a runway. Deputies contacted the complainant who advised the juvenile had left the residence without permission. The juvenile was entered into the system as a runaway.
Suspicious - 600 block South Eagle Road Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report a subject may have been involved in a physical altercation. Deputies contacted the complainant who advised the subject arrived at the location intoxicated and was not involved in any altercation.
Suspicious - 2000 block West Bench Road Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report a suspicious male subject in the area. Deputies contacted the subject inside the vehicle. Subject advised he was waiting for a phone call.
Nuisance/Noise - 2200 block West Highway 26 Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report loud noise near the location. Deputies checked the area and contacted the responsible. The responsible agreed to lower the volume.
Nuisance/Noise - 2100 block West June Street Othello
Complainant advised of loud music being played at the location. Deputies contacted the responsible who agreed to turn down the music.

Threatening - 2000 block West Bench Road Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report being threatened. Deputies contacted the complainant who advised of threats made over social media. Case has been forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for review.
Standby Peace 200 block 2nd Avenue Hatton
Dispatch advised of a standby peace request at the location. Deputies contacted the complainant who advised of the same. A check of the order on file was made and it indicated no standby was allowed. Complainant was advised of possible options.
Welfare Check - 200 block North “D” Street Washtucna
Dispatch advised of a welfare check at the location. Deputies were able to contact the person in question and determined she was in good health.
Nuisance/Noise - 2100 block West June Street Othello
Complainant advised of loud music being played at the location. Deputies checked the area and were unable to locate the source of sound.
Harassment - 700 block South Las Palmas Lane Othello
Complainant advised an older male subject made inappropriate comments to her juvenile daughter. During the course of the investigation, it was learned the incident occurred two months ago. Investigation is ongoing.
September 21
Traffic Accident - South Booker Road and West Herman Road Othello
Dispatch advised of a traffic accident at the location. Deputies arrived on scene and observed a vehicle versus deer collision. The vehicle was off the roadway with reportable damage.
Alarm - 600 block South Saddle Road Othello
Complainant advised of an alarm at the location. Deputies contacted the responsible party and determined it to be a false alarm.
Theft - North Freese Road and North Highway 395 Ritzville
Complainant advised of thefts from the mailboxes at the location. Investigation is ongoing.
Traffic Hazard - West Hatton Road and South Miller Road Othello
Complainant advised of goats near the location. They were safely off the roadway.
Assault - 600 block South Las Palmas Lane Othello
Complainant advised of a subject arriving and assaulting her at the location. Investigation is ongoing.
Agency Assist - 600 block South Hays Road Othello
Dispatch advised of the ambulance requesting assistance with a patient at the location. Deputies arrived on scene and options were explained with all parties and subjects. Family decided to transport by private vehicle.
Suspicious - 2400 block East 2nd Street Lind
Complainant advised there was a black car and a white truck in front of their storage unit. Complainant advised the truck sped off and the car was waiting for someone, then took off into town about 10-15 minutes ago. Complainant’s boyfriend wrote down the license place of the car. Deputies contacted the registered owner of the car. He advised he was parked waiting for a friend who was coming from Ritzville. When the complainant’s boyfriend contacted him, he felt like he was being watched, so he left the area. There was no sign of an attempted break in at the storage units.
Suspicious - 1000 block South Harley Lane Othello
Dispatch advised of a possible fire near the location as the smell of burning trash was observed. Deputies contacted a subject who was burning cardboard and advised of the burn ban and process for burning. The subject extinguished the fire without incident.
Suspicious - 2000 block West Bench Road Othello
Othello Police Department reported a possible sexual assault that occurred in the county. An investigation was conducted and it was determined no sexual assault occurred.
Suspicious - 2000 block West Bench Road Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report a subject had made unnecessary comments to her son at the location. The complainant was contacted and advised deputies had already conducted an investigation.
September 22
Animal Problem - 2500 block West Bench Road Othello
Complainant advised of animals from a neighboring property coming into the orchard and eating the crop. The complainant wanted phone contact only. Phone contact was attempted with negative contact. A voicemail was left.
Medical - 2300 block North Bob Lee Road Ritzville
Complainant requested an ambulance for a subject. Based upon the call and the odd activities the subject was engaged in, law enforcement went with the ambulance. Subject agreed to transport and was taken to Sacred Heart for treatment.
Trespassing - 600 block South Canal Road Othello
Complainant advised of a subject walking through people’s yards. The subject was contacted and trespassed from the location. Investigation is ongoing.
Citizen Dispute - 2000 block West Bench Road Othello
Complainant advised of a possible fight about to start between approximately eight juvenile males at the location. Deputies arrived in the area and only three juveniles remained. They did not appear to have fought anyone. The complainant sent deputies videos and no fighting had occurred.
Traffic Accident - South Booker Road and West Highway 26 Othello
Dispatch advised of a two-vehicle, non-injury, collision at the location. A collision investigation was completed.
Suspicious - 1300 block North Deal Road Ritzville
Complainant advised of a suspicious vehicle at the location. Deputies checked the area and located the vehicle legally parked off the roadway.
Traffic Hazard - South Kaylee Road Othello
Complainant reported a motorcycle speeding up and down the road. Deputies checked the area and did not locate any traffic speeding on the roadway.
Suspicious - South St. Clair Avenue Lind
Complainant reported a suspicious van driving on St. Clair Avenue. The complainant heard a similar van was involved in burglary recently. Deputies checked the area and did not locate any vehicles as described by the complainant.
Weapons Offense - West Yeisley Road and South Miller Road Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report gun shots heard near the location, and provided a vehicle description. A high-risk traffic stop was conducted. After investigation, the listed subjects were found to be target-shooting in a safe location.
Nuisance/Noise - 800 block South Highway 24 Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report several juveniles near the location causing a disturbance. Deputies checked the area and were unable to locate any juveniles.
September 23
Runaway Juvenile - 2200 block West Barbara Road Othello
Complainant advised of her son leaving the house on Sept. 21 from the location. The juvenile has not returned home yet and was entered into the system as a runaway.
Citizen Assist - 3000 block East Sackman Lane Benge
Complainant advised she did not want a subject in her home. Complainant was advised she could stop the subject and if they persisted, to call the sheriff’s office. Deputies spoke with the subject who advised she would not go to the home.
Traffic Accident - 1100 block South Schaake Road Othello
Dispatch advised of a traffic accident at the location. Deputies contacted the complainant who advised of a collision in a field. It was unknown when the incident occurred. The vehicle had small damage to the front bumper.
Malicious Mischief - West Cunningham Road Othello
Dispatch advised of a malicious mischief at the location. It was determined the property was in Othello. Othello police department was contacted and took care of the call.
Malicious Mischief - 2000 block West Bench Road Othello
Dispatch advised of a malicious mischief call at the location. The complainant did not want to provide information on the incident. Fresh graffiti wasn’t observed in the area.
Weapon Offense - South Danielle Road and West April Street Othello
Dispatch advised of a weapon offense call at the location. After an investigation was completed, two juveniles were booked into Martin Hall for Attempted Vehicular Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Malicious Mischief.
Runaway Juvenile - 2100 block West Bench Road Othello
Complainant advised a juvenile ran away from the location approximately three days prior. Deputies contacted the parent who advised the juvenile had returned home. The parent was advised to contact law enforcement when the juvenile runs away instead of when the juvenile returns home.
Vehicle Theft - 1000 block West Koch Road Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report a vehicle as stolen. Deputies contacted the complainant and determined the vehicle had been taken from the location without permission by an unknown party. The vehicle was entered into the system as a reported stolen vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.
Juvenile Problem - 800 block South Highway 24 Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report a juvenile had run away from the location. The report was taken and learned the juvenile ran away two days prior. The juvenile was entered into the system as a runaway.
Theft - 800 block South Meadowlark Lane Othello
Dispatch advised of a theft at the location. Deputies were unable to respond to the call due to a higher priority call. Victim later advised he was able to get his signs back. Suspects were later identified and interviewed.
September 24
Suspicious - 2200 block West Rainier Road Othello
Complainant contacted dispatch to report subjects walking near vehicles at the location. Deputies were on an emergent call for service and were not available to check the area. Deputies later attempted contact with the complainant without success.
Suspicious - West Seidl Road Ritzville
Complainant advised of numerous vehicles entering the property at the location. Investigation is ongoing.
Traffic Hazard - East Rosenoff Road Ritzville
Complainant advised of a vehicle on the side of the road partially blocking the roadway. The vehicle was disabled at the location. The driver was able to move the vehicle out of the roadway. The driver advised she had help coming.
Alarm - 2900 West Gillis Road Othello
Complainant advised of an alarm at the location. Deputies responded to the location and determined it was a false alarm.
Trespassing - 800 block East Hatton Road Lind
Complainant contacted dispatch to report subjects trespassing at the location. Deputies contacted the complainant and determined the claim was unfounded. The complainant desired no further contact from law enforcement.
Citizen Assist - 1800 block West Lee Road Othello
Dispatch advised of a citizen assist call at the location. Deputies contacted subjects at the location. It was determined a subject was shooting on the complainant’s property in a safe manner.
Citizen Dispute - 200 block East 3rd Street Lind
Complainant contacted dispatch to report a vehicle theft in-progress at the location. Deputies responded and determined no crime actually occurred. It was determined the subjects had entered an agreement regarding ownership of the vehicle. The subjects were counseled and agreed to separate for the evening.
September 25
Alarm - 2300 block West Covey Road Othello
Complainant advised of an alarm at the location. Deputies responded and determined the residence was secure and there were no signs of forced entry.
Traffic Accident - South Highway 17 near milepost 23 Othello
Dispatch advised of a single vehicle collision at the location. Deputies responded to the scene and assisted until WSP arrived and took over the investigation.
Traffic Accident - West Highway 26 and South Taylor Road Othello
Dispatch advised of a two-vehicle injury collision at the location. Deputies responded to the scene and assisted until WSP arrived and took over the investigation.
Agency Assist - East Danekas Road Ritzville
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance locating a trailer that was dumping waste water and sewage in the area of Max Harder Road (east side of Sprague Lake near the Adams/Lincoln county line). Trailer being pulled by a white four-door Chevy pickup. Deputy checked the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
Suspicious - West McManamon Road and South Drumheller Lane Othello
Dispatch advised of a suspicious vehicle at the location. Deputies observed the vehicle off the side of the road and unoccupied. Deputies were unable to locate the owners of the vehicle near the location.
Domestic - 800 block South Taylor Road Othello
Complainant advised two subjects throwing rocks at each other and arguing. It was determined no physical altercation occurred, only a verbal argument.
Citizen Assist - 2200 block West Shelly Road Othello
Complainant advised of a threatening call at the location. Complainant was contacted and advised a female was harassing her and driving past her residence recording her. The issue was over a vehicle of the husband, who is currently married to the other listed female. The vehicle was left at the address after the male was arrested. Both females claimed ownership of the vehicle in question. Both were advised to settle it through the court process.
Custodial Interference - 700 block South Pence Road Lind
Complainant advised his ex-wife was supposed to meet him at the location for a child custody exchange. The complainant advised the parenting plan was for 6:30 p.m. When he called his ex-wife, she said she was still in Spokane, and she would be there in about two hours. The complainant wanted the incident documented in case there were continued issues in following the parenting plan.
Agency Assist - East Highway 26 near milepost 68 Lind
Dispatch advised of a multi-vehicle unknown injury collision near the location. Deputies responded to the area, finding multiple collision scenes with extremely poor visibility in the area. Deputies assisted responding units from WSP with scene management and transporting vehicle occupants to other locations.
Citizen Assist - North Main Street Washtucna
Complainant advised he ran out of gas. He is in a white Mercedes limousine. Complainant was contacted and advised he was able to obtain fuel while in town. Complainant advised he would do that.
