Washtucna schools reopening

WASHTUCNA – School board members adopted a return to school plan August 10, a Hybrid model that includes in-person and virtual learning, starting Monday, August 31.

Washtucna has a new high school principal, Mike Amend; and new Superintendent Todd Spear, who also works with Lamont/Sprague School District. See next week’s issue of The Journal for feature stories on the new administrators.
