Trucks line up to dump their loads of soft white wheat Wednesday, Aug. 5 at the Templin Terminal in Ritzville. During this peak of the season, the terminal can see as many as 400 trucks in a day, according to Ritzville Warehouse CEO Brian Gordon. "To allow farmers to keep bringing it in to the satellite elevators, we bring on hired-on trucking," said Gordon. The Ritzville Warehouse owns over 30 elevators in the region. At the Templin Terminal, four of the seven piles hold two million bushels of wheat, and three hold one million bushels.
