The Wheat Land Communities Fair board met out at the fairgrounds after Sunday's Wampum fundraiser.

RITZVILLE – The Wheat Land Communities Fair Board met after the Wampum annual fundraiser July 12 to discuss options for the upcoming fair.

"We are still planning on offering a youth livestock show and sale, and are considering other possible opportunities, while keeping community health and safety in mind," Lori Williams, Livestock Sales Manager said. The sale is planned for Saturday, September 5.

The Fair Board is made up of President Fritz Coon, Janet Manke, Aaron and Jodie Esser, John and Magen Keeling, Justin and Sandee Palmer, Andy and Lori Williams, and Dan Hein.
