Investigation is ongoing into a report of a dog killing chickens.

Harassment – 1000 BLK S Sundance Road Othello

Complainant will contact the Othello District Court to renew her no-contact order.

Traffic Offense – N 11th Ave and E Main St Othello

Two vehicles racing each other at the location. Both drivers were contacted and one was issued a citation.

Domestic – 300 BLK S Reynolds Road Othello

The suspect fled the location prior to law enforcement arrival, but later returned. Margarito Lopez-Vasquez was arrested and booked into jail for Assault 4th Degree DV.

Domestic – 2100 BLK W Peter Lane Othello

The suspect fled the location prior to law enforcement arrival. The suspect wasn’t located and a report will be forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for a charging decision.

Warrant Service – 2100 BLK W Cunningham Road Othello

Rosamaria Acevedo was arrested and booked into jail on a local warrant.

Juvenile Problem – 2100 BLK W April St Othello

Report of juveniles riding dirt bikes in the area.

Suspicious – 600 BLK S Danielle Road Othello

Report of subjects drinking beer inside a residence and trying to kill the complainant. Complainant was was extremely intoxicated. One subject was located, highly intoxicated. Deputies were unable to determine any crimes that occurred and subjects were separated.

Suspicious – 600 BLK S Taylor Rd Othello

Report of suspicious circumstances at Taggares Park involving a subject stating, he killed someone and another subject running through the park with a gun. One of the subjects was located a short time later extremely intoxicated and related to the previous call for service. The second subject was not located.

Nuisance/Noise – 800 BLK S SR 24 Othello

Report of loud music at the location. Deputies advised them to keep the volume of the music down or they could be cited.

Nuisance/Noise – 800 BLK S SR 24 Othello

Multiple complaints of loud music coming from the location. Complainant was advised of the noise ordinance and music was turned off prior to deputies leaving the location.

June 14

Trespassing – 600 BLK S Taylor Road Othello

Report of a male subject attempting to enter the residence at the location. Ilario Gregorio-Ordones was arrested and booked into jail for Criminal Trespassing 1st Degree.

Domestic – 300 BLK W May Ave Washtucna

Complainant advised his girlfriend left the home toward Tri-Cities after having an argument, and girlfriend did not buckle child in car seat. Franklin County was notified in case they made contact. Complainant advised he would call dispatch when female subject returned home.

Citizen Assist – 300 BLK S Reynolds Road Othello

Complainant reported children crying non-stop after their father was arrested for domestic violence. Complainant was the listed victim on the related incident and wanted suspect released from jail for children to stop crying.

Citizen Assist – 2000 BLK W Bench Road Othello

Initial call was a 911 hang-up. Complainant advised of a juvenile problem at the location. Investigation determined juveniles were throwing rocks at aggressive dogs. Deputies advised the parents to keep their dogs tied up if they are aggressive and advised the juveniles to watch where they are throwing the rocks so someone doesn’t get hurt.

June 15

Threatening – 600 BLK S Kristina Road Othello

Deputies contacted the complainant, who appeared extremely unstable, and showed snap chats of another male subject stating non-specific statements that could be considered threatening. Complainant was advised to block the other subject on social media, stop answering calls from the subject, and contact the courts for an order.

Suspicious – 600 BLK S Wagon Road Othello

Report of suspicious subjects around some vehicles at the location who ran off once confronted. Deputies did not locate any subjects on foot.

Traffic Accident – W Hampton Road and S Reynolds Road Othello

Report of a two vehicle unknown collision near the location. Subjects were contacted and determined to be uninjured. One subject was issued a traffic infraction related to the collision.

Traffic Accident – W Bench Road and S Kielian Lane, Othello

Deputies responded to the location and observed a rollover collision. During the investigation, a juvenile was arrested and released.

Citizen Assist – 2000 BLK W Bench Road Othello

Deputies contacted subjects involved and advised them to contact the courts to resolve their child custody issues.

Domestic – 2000 BLK W Bench Road Othello

A third-party report of an assault. The subject advised no assault occurred and the complainant misinterpreted her.

Investigation is ongoing into a list of items stolen.

Report of noise and occupants running their trucks for the last couple hours..

Nuisance/Noise – 600 BLK S Kristina Road Othello

Subjects were warned about the volume of the music at a backyard party, and advised they would keep volume down.

June 16

Malicious Mischief – S Danielson Road Othello

Report of graffiti on marked signage near the location. The incident had previously been reported and documented.

Traffic Hazard – E Wellsandt Road and E Kubik Lane Ritzville

Report of a calf in the middle of the road.

Animal Problem – 2700 BLK S Broadway Ave Othello

Report of cattle at the location without feed. Deputies found the cattle not having feed (hay bales) on site. The cattle had fresh water available and were secured behind electrified fencing. The two heads of cattle did not appear to be maltreated.

Traffic Accident – W McManamon Road and S Solbeck Road Othello

Report of damage to a guardrail near the location appears to have been caused by a large farm tractor which left the scene without the damage being reported. Investigation is ongoing.

Citizen Assist – 700 BLK S Heeb Lane Othello

Request for assistance with transferring children from one parent to the other. Complainant was contacted and advised he would contact a social worker for assistance in the matter.

Hazardous Condition – 2100 BLK W Cunningham Road Othello

A small fire was reported at the location. The fire department was called and extinguished the fire.

Animal Problem – 300 BLK E 3rd St Lind

Report of a neighbors dog at the location and killing a chicken. Witnesses advised of two dogs at the location, and only one of the dogs killed the chicken. The incident is closed out under new dangerous/potentially dangerous dog procedure.

Citizen Assist – 2100 BLK W Moon Road Othello

Report of a vehicle theft at the location turned out to be the subject’s vehicle was towed after an abandoned vehicle collision in Grant County.

Welfare Check – 2000 BLK N Durry Road Ritzville

Report of a subject was sending suicidal messages and parked in a vehicle at the location. The subject left the area and travelled to a neighboring county. The subject was contacted by the Washington State Patrol and agreed to be transported for a mental health evaluation.

June 17

Traffic Accident – S Taylor Road Othello

Request for law enforcement assistance with a collision which occurred approximately five hours prior. Deputies assisted the parties with exchanging information.

Citizen Assist – 300 BLK S Thiel St Washtucna

Complainant had questions about an employee that was having conflict with a subject while performing his duties as a town employee. Complainant advised they will take a city council member as a witness when dealing with the subject.

Trespassing – 2100 BLK W Cunningham Road Othello

Deputies contacted subjects involved and determined the person of interest had rights to enter the trailer in question. Subjects were advised to contact law enforcement if any other assistance was required.

Citizen Assist – 1000 BLK S Sundance Road Othello

Report of trespassing at the location. Deputies contacted the complainant who advised his girlfriend, who resides at the location, threw his items at his new residence in Franklin County. Complainant will contact Franklin County to report damaged property.

Domestic – 1700 BLK W Herman Road Othello

Report of a domestic at the location. Deputies contacted subjects involved who advised of a verbal argument only.

Traffic Hazard – 800 BLK S Hummingbird Drive Othello

Report of a vehicle parked in the roadway at the location.

June 18

Death Investigation – 700 BLK S Thacker Road Othello

Report of a possible deceased subject at the location. Deputies determined the subject was deceased. Danekas funeral home took custody of the deceased. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspicious – W SR 26 an S Steele Road Othello

Report of a subject lying next to the roadway. Deputies learned the subject was hitch hiking and was feeling dehydrated. Subject refused medical aid. Subject was given some water and a courtesy ride to a nearby gas station.

Burglary – 2100 BLK W April St Othello

Complainant reported his son saw a subject in his back yard. Nothing was taken but complainant wanted the incident documented.

June 19

Suspicious – 2000 BLK N Durry Road Ritzville

Report of a possible impaired subject behind the wheel at the location. Deputies determined he was suffering a medical episode. The subject declined additional medical attention and decided to purchase candy which would help to resolve his medical episode.

Animal Problem – 600 BLK S Hays Road Othello

Complainant advised of four stray dogs coming onto the property at the location approximately two weeks prior. Adams County Pet Rescue took custody of two dogs. Complainant advised she would contact pet rescue if the other two dogs were located.

Traffic Offense – S Booker Road Othello

A vehicle was observed speeding. The driver was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Hector Quintero was arrested, cited, and released at the scene.

Warrant Service – 2100 BLK W Margaret Lane Othello

Observed listed subject with a warrant at the location. The subject barricaded himself inside the attic. Ventura Ozuna was eventually arrested and booked into jail.

Animal Problem – 300 E 3rd St Lind

Complainant advised dog was out on their property. Deputies checked the area and didn’t locate the dog.

Traffic Offense – W Schrag Road and N Moody Road Ritzville

A vehicle was observed with an expired registration. The driver was found to have a suspended license. Eden Duarte-Tapia was arrested and booked into jail on the driving offense.

Suspicious – 600 BLK S Andes Road Othello

Report of loud music coming from the location. Subject advised he was recording a song for the church.
