Traffic Accident – N Paha-Packard Road and E Heinemann Road, Ritzville
• Vehicle struck a deer.
Abandoned Vehicle – 2800 BLK W Kuhn Road, Othello
• A junk affidavit will be provided at a later date for a hulk vehicle left at the location.
Suspicious – E Rosenoff Road and N Bauer Road, Ritzville
• Report of two suspicious subjects walking along Rosenoff Road who appeared to be checking out residences in the area.
Traffic Hazard – W SR 26 and S Lucy Road, Othello
• A child and adult observed laying in the roadway fishing were asked to move, following a complaint of three small children in the roadway.
Citizen Assist – 600 BLK S Wagon Road, Othello
• Citizen assist led to subjects being advised to contact the courts in regards of an eviction.
Warrant Service – 600 BLK S Wagon Road, Othello
• Jesus Zavala was arrested on a local warrant and later booked into jail.
Citizen Assist – 2200 BLK W Rainier Road, Othello
• Citizen assist led to subjects being advised to contact the courts in regards of an eviction.
Domestic – 800 BLK S SR 24, Othello
• Report of a domestic incident in progress turned out to be a verbal argument.
Suspicious – 600 BLK S Taylor Road, Othello
• Report of gun shots near the location.

Nuisance/Noise – 200 BLK E 5th Street, Lind
• Report of a subject revving his engine in the middle of the street around 3:30 p.m.
• Hazardous Condition – 2800 BLK W Bench View Lane, Othello
• Report of overnight burning on private property.
Abandoned Vehicle – 800 BLK S Buena Vista Drive, Othello
• Report of a vehicle parked on private property for 15 years.
Abandoned Vehicle – S Byers Lane, Othello
• Report of a vehicle parked on private property for the past two years.
Fraud – 2300 BLK W Sherman Lane, Othello
• Report of a fraudulent attempt to collect unemployment insurance.
Suspicious – N Paha-Packard Road, Lind
• Report of a suspicious subject walking on Paha-Packard Road. Deputies were told by the subject walking towards the I-90 on ramp that he had parked his truck and was walking to get exercise.
Traffic Accident – W I-90 near MP 231, Ritzville
• Dispatch advised of a rollover accident with multiple injuries. Deputies assisted on scene until WSP arrived.
Parking Problem – 2600 BLK Bench Road, Othello
• Report of an unknown subject parking a vehicle at the location. The vehicle was later removed.
• Traffic Accident – W Cunningham Road and S Billington Road, Othello
• Report of a single vehicle rollover collision near the location. Deputies arrived and observed the listed vehicle off the roadway.
Citizen Dispute – 400 BLK W Main Street, Lind
• Deputies assisted the complainant with a landlord tenant issue.
Weapon Offense – 700 BLK S Sunset Acres Road, Othello
• Complainant contacted dispatch to report gun shots near the location. Deputies contacted the responsible and observed the responsible was target shooting in a safe manner.
Animal Problem – 1500 BLK E Weber Road, Ritzville
• Report of a cow on the roadway. The cow was placed back onto the property before Deputy’s arrival.
June 5
Burglary – 600 BLK E Rosenoff Road, Ritzville
• Report of outbuildings burglarized and items stolen.
Citizen Dispute - 2800 BLK W Bench Road, Othello
• Deputies responded to a 911 call. Deputies determined it was only a verbal argument.
Missing person – N Cow Lake Road, Ritzville
• Report of a missing person, 58-year-old Frederick A. Higgs, who was last seen walking on a trail near the Sprague rest area. Frederick possibly suffers from mental illness. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Sheriff’s Office.
Citizen Assist – 2100 BLK W Eddies Lane, Othello
• Report of a motorcycle accident led deputies to a four-wheeler accident with possible injuries.
Harassment – 2200 BLK W Rainier Road, Othello
• Report of a family member harassing someone through social media was determined to not be a criminal matter
• Citizen Assist – 2600 BLK W Bench Road, Othello
• Report of a vehicle on property, which was removed before Deputy’s arrival.
Suspicious – 2200 BLK W Cunningham Road, Othello
• Complainant reported a black SUV with California plates, occupied by two males, on her property attempting to sell things.
Welfare check – 2100 BLK W Cunningham Rd Othello
• Welfare check requested on children who were seen in the area. No children were located.
June 6
Traffic accident - W McManamon Road and Morgan Lake Road, Othello
• Report of a single vehicle accident. Driver left the roadway after she attempted to avoid a deer.
DUI – S Taylor Rd and W Cunningham Road, Othello
• Deputies responded to a traffic collision. The driver was arrested and booked into jail for driving under the influence.
Medical – N Main Street, Washtucna
• Deputies assisted the ambulance with a combative subject.
Animal problem – S Gray Road, Washtucna
• Report of cattle on the roadway. Unable to locate owner.
Agency assist – N Highway 395 MP 93, Ritzville
• Deputies assisted Washington State Patrol with a high-risk vehicle stop involving a subject brandishing a weapon.
Agency assist – E I90 MP 184, Ritzville
• Deputies stood by for a pursuit of a stolen vehicle coming from Moses Lake on I90. The vehicle was stopped before entering Adams County.
Agency assist – 900 BLK S Adams St, Ritzville
• Deputies assisted the Ritzville Police Department with a disorderly subject.
Suspicious – 700 BLK S Sunset Acres, Othello
• Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle in the area. The vehicle was contacted and it was determined they were doing work in the area.
Noise complaint – 2100 BLK W April St, Othello
• Report of a loud motorcycle driving in the area.
Noise complaint – 100 BLK E 3rd Street, Lind
• Complainant reported loud music. Homeowner was contacted and asked to lower the volume.
DUI – 600 BLK S Canal Road, Othello
• Vehicle was observed travelling at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be driving under the influence. The driver was arrested and booked into jail.
Suspicious – N Cow Lake Road
• Complainant reported a possible assault in progress. Deputies responded and found an empty vehicle and no occupants. The area was searched and no one was located.
June 7
Noise complaint - 2200 BLK W Rainier Road, Othello
• Complainant reported loud music in the area. Deputies responded and located the loud music. The homeowner was contacted who lowered the volume.
Agency assist E I90 MP 203, Ritzville
• Multiple complaints received of a wrong way driver travelling west in the eastbound lanes of travel. Vehicle was stopped prior to Deputies arrival.
Suspicious – 600 BLK S Andes Road, Othello
• Jasmine E. Hernandez, 24, was arrested on multiple warrants and booked into jail.
• Theft – 600 BLK S Hays Road, Othello
• Deputies responded to a theft of a grass trimmer.
Welfare check – 900 BLK S Highway 261, Washtucna
• Complainant requested a welfare check on a subject who she hadn’t heard from in a while. The subject was contacted and found to be in good health.
Suspicious – 400 BLK S Billington Road, Othello
• Complainant reported a dark colored older model cross over which had followed her a couple times. Additional patrols will be conducted in the area.
Welfare check – 700 BLK S Heeb Lane, Othello
• Complainant requested a welfare check on two children. The children were contacted and found to be in good health.
Agency assist – 100 BLK Smittys Blvd, Ritzville
• Deputies assisted Ritzville Police Department in arresting a subject with a warrant.
Suspicious – 1900 BLK W Muse Road, Othello
• Deputies responded to a suspicious male in the area. The male was contacted and was found to have gone for a long walk and realized he was in Othello. Subject was provided a courtesy ride into Othello.
