Krieger pleads for liberal aid to education

"Farmers of today and tomorrow must study agriculture in order to make the land produce the returns that they and the country need. This country will be in danger if our agricultural life is threatened. Heretofore we have been a food exporting nation, but unless we intensify our agriculture, we may have to import foodstuffs."

He will do all that is humanly possible for any man to do in similar circumstances, and the least we can do is to give him all possible aid.
