Cases to be heard in Superior Court

RITZVILLE — Adams County Superior Court was scheduled to hear four civil cases Monday and one criminal case.

Aristeo Lino Mireles was scheduled for an omnibus hearing and scheduling conference in criminal court, but he has been taken off the docket.

Mireles is charged with one count of third-degree rape, a class C felony.

Still on the docket is the state of Washington v. Manuel Armando Quintero.

Quintero is a 25 year-old man with addresses listed in both Royal City and Othello.

He is charged with one count of violation of no contact, protection or restraining order- third or subsequent violation of any similar order-domestic violence; a class C felony.

Civil court cases to be heard are:

• Cynthia Kate Gaede v. Benjamin Samuel Melgren, sexual assault protection order

• Coy Lamarr McCombs v. Angel Leeanna Murray, dissolution with children and parenting plan

• Ronna Loomis and Wes Loomis, restraining order

• Jose Maria Reyes Hernandez v. Zenaida Garcia Vazquez, temporary order.

There were no cases on the court docket the previous week, records show.
