March 13

• Abandoned vehicle, 100 block West Fifth Street, Lind. Attempts to contact the registered owner were made with negative results.

• Interfere with police, 200 block East Fourth Street, Lind.Joy Yogini was arrested and booked into jail for first-degree rendering criminal assistance.

March 14

• Traffic hazard on East Rosenoff Road, Ritzville. Multiple vehicles were stuck in snow drifts.

• Agency assist, North U.S. Highway 395 near Milepost 86, Ritzville. Overturned vehicle in the median, subjects in the passenger compartment. Deputies remained until Washington State Patrol arrived.

• Alarm, 100 block North I Street, Lind.

• Abandoned vehicle, North Paha-Packard Road, Ritzville.

March 15

• Parking problem, 300 block South Thiel Street, Washtucna. Truck parked blocking the street. Owner contacted and vehicle moved.

• Theft, 700 block South Pence Road, Lind. Subject drove off with the gas nozzle still in the vehicle.

March 16

• Medical, 300 block East Third Street, Lind

• Agency assist, 2000 block North Durry Road, Ritzville. Missing person investigation. The subject was later located.

• Citizen assist, 100 block Bronson Street, Hatton. Subject took, later returned checks. Complainant was advised issues regarding City Council should be addressed by and to other Council members. Complainant was advised to contact law enforcement if fraudulent activity occurs as a result of the checks that were returned.

• Abandoned vehicle, 100 block West Second Street, Lind.

• False alarm, 900 block East Rosenoff Road, Ritzville.

• Agency assist, 100 block East Third Avenue, Ritzville. Domestic dispute.

March 17

• Agency assist, 500 block West May Avenue, Washtucna. Franklin County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance contacting vehicle owner.

March 18

• Agency assist, 1-90 east near Milepost 231, Sprague. Wrong way driver. The vehicle was located near MP 221. The driver was arrested for DUI.

• Suspicious vehicle, 100 block, Bronson Street, Hatton. Vehicle was unoccupied.
