Clothing
In the clothing department, there were 14 total entries.
Best of Show was awarded to Donna Koch for her dress, who also received Best of Class for her shirt. Best of Class also went to Elisabeth Rich for her shirt, and Rebecca Jensen for her tailored coat.
Special Merits were awarded to Elisabeth Rich for both her dress and her doll dress.
Arts & Crafts — Adult
In the adult arts & crafts department, there were 35 total entries.
Tom Strohmaier received the Best in Show for blue fin tuna.
Special Merits were awarded to Iris Bouge for insect display; Jasmine Olson for flower; Pam Meyer for watercolor; John Marshall for flag metal art; and Cheyenne Puls for belt.
Handiwork
There were 97 total entries in the handiwork department. Best of Show was awarded to Darcia Dugger for a moose table runner, and Best of Show youth went to Alexis Melcher for a cat hooked rug.
Best of Class awards went to Kim Lantis for a quilt magic flag; Donna Koch for a pillow; and Marge Schoessler for a fabric rug.
Special Merits were awarded to Jorene Zumdahl for showman wall hanging; Janice Doyle for diamond embroidery tulips; Kat Keefe for featherweight case cover; Kathy Clough for sewing set; and Kim Latis for diamond embroidery fox.
Quilts
In the quilting department, there were 82 total entries. The Best of Show award went to Alice Messerschmidt for golden harvest quilt.
Best of Class awards went to Messerschmidt for golden harvest quilt; Rose Shearer for fun in black & red; Lorraine Arnold for vintage campers quilt; Kim Lantis for raccoon wall hanging; Sue Sackmann for tied quilt; and Yvonne Anderson for panel quilt.
Special Merits were awarded to Kim Lantis for lucky dog quilt; Pam Gering for gingerbread quilt; PJ Jacobsen for block of mouth quilt; Tracy Korthuis for abilene wall hanging; and Donna Koch for pillow.
Messerschmidt also received the Inland Empire Machine Quilting Best of Show for golden harvest, while Gering received Honorable Mention for alaskan angels.
Photography
In the photography department, there were 128 total entries. The Best of Show was awarded to Dean White for 8-spotted dragon fly.
The Best of Class awards went to Tiffany Towne McKinney for dahlia, and the pitcher; Donna Koch for historic body; Lauren Sitton for wheat field; Melinda Stanfield for what do you mean; Tracey Korthuis for soden truck, macue, and Raegan & Maeve.
The Special Merit winners were Melinda Stanfield for baaaaa, do not touch, and desert rocks; Tracey Korthuis for homestead, and eslinger; Ashleigh Swartz for stairs; Irene Rosenoff for bumble bee; Logan Noser for to look in hard old soul; Pat Keeley in son at sunset; and Debbie Arlt for old barn.
4-H Record Book
There were 34 4-H record books entered this year. The Special Merit awards went to Lucas Sitton, Maeve Korthuis and Wyatt Gordon-Miller.
The Junior Best of Show winner was a tie between Henry and Merit McRae; Intermediate Best of Show was Melanie Spive; and Blake Esser received Senior Best of Show.
4-H Still Life
There will 472 entries in the 4-H still life department. TanAn Hollenback received three Best of Show awards, six Best of Class awards and four Special Merit awards.
Lucas Sitton earned one Best of Show award, two Best of Class awards and one Special Merit awards. LienHoa Hollenback received one Best of Show award, seven Best of Class awards and three Special Merits.
Melanie Spivey earned one Best of Show award, four Best of Class Awards and seven Special Merit awards. Wyatt Gordon-Miller received one Best of Class award and seven Special Merit awards.
Gemini Correll earned a Best of Show award and three Special Merit awards. Drake Gloyn received seven Special Merit awards.
Kaycie Noser received one Best of Show award, one Best of Class award and three Special Merit awards. Kile Noser received one Best of Show award, two Best of Class awards and two Special Merit awards. Hailee Noser earned four Best of Class awards and eight Special Merit awards.
Model Kits
There were 40 open youth entries in the model kits department. The Best of Show award went to Phillip Rich for combine, while the Best of Class was awarded to Margaret Reidt for carousel.
Special Merits were awarded to Jack Reidt for lego tank; Jayda Lobe for water fun; Hudsen Stokoe for NAPA building; Henry McRae for harvest crew; and Freya Roth for Harry Potter.
Spinning and Weaving
There were 29 total entries in the spinning and weaving department.
Kris Bowen won Best of Show for cashmere/silk yarn, while Connie Schlosser won Best of Class for cashmere shawl.
Special Merits were awarded to Karen Cady for wool-silk shawl and Lynn DeRose for camel down yarn.
Antique Machinery
The winner of the Best of Show award for the antique machinery department was Jim Tate for his Ford tractor.
Woodworking
There were nine total entries in the woodworking department. Henry McRae won the Best of Show for his lambing jug, while Special Merits were awarded to Kayla Portney for her recipe box holder, and Ewing Kelln for tray.
Horses
There were 279 total entries in the horse department. The grand champion for the 4-H Intermediate Fitting and Showing was Ella Greenwalt. The FFA Fitting and Showing grand champion was Rachel Nygren. Wes Tracy received the Elizabeth Hennings Memorial Traveling Trophy.
The 4-H Junior Bareback Equitation grand champion was Maci Krause, while the Intermediate grand champion was Ella Greenwalt. Rachel Nygren was the FFA Bareback Equitation grand champion.
Maci Krause was the 4-H Junior English Equitation, the Junior English Pleasure, the Junior Western Pleasure and the Junior Trail Class grand champion. Karter Krause was the 4-H Junior Western Equitation grand champion. Wes Tracy was the 4-H Intermediate Western Equitation and the Trail Class grand champion. Ella Greenwalt was the 4-H Intermediate English Pleasure grand champion
Emma Hulett was the FFA English Equitation, English Pleasure and Western Pleasure grand champion. Rachel Nygren was the FFA Western Equitation and Trail Class grand champion.
Chloe Hoeft was the 17 & Under Open Horse Show High Point winner, while Maci Krause received the Autumn Light Memorial Trophy.
Kaylee Klein was the 17 & Under Open Horse Show High Point winner, while Dusti Kissler was the Adult winner. Nina Olson won the Autumn Light Memorial Trophy.
Hailee Noser was the Gymkhana 9 & Under High Point winner, Juddah Peterson was the Gymkhana 10-13 winner, Ester Peterson was the Gymkhana 14-17 winner and Claire Kessler was the Gymkhana Adult winner.
