Brief: Good Hope Lutheran Church to hold annual Okbtoberfest celebration

Lind’s Good Hope Lutheran Church will be holding its annual Oktoberfest celebration this Sunday, Oct. 20. The event will be located at the Lind Senior Center, at 117 North I St.

Sunday morning worship will be held at 9 a.m. at the senior center, and all are welcome to attend. Dinner is set to last from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and takeouts will be available for those unable to stay. Deliveries can be made within town limits.

Dinner will feature German smoked sausage, mashed potatoes and butter, sauerkraut, green beans, corn, applesauce and bread, complemented with a dessert. The price for adults is...
