Lind Town Council approves Adams County Harvest Festival-with conditions

The Lind Town Council has approved plans for the Adams County Harvest Festival, but some conditions have been attached.

Diane Kennedy, the organizer of the event, joined the June 11 council meeting to request formal approval for the festival. Kennedy told the council she had made progress in addressing some of their concerns from the June 11 meeting. However, she said some steps could not take place until after the council approved the event.
