Ritzville's Best Western Bronco Inn recently received the Champion Customer Care Award at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts' District II Meeting held recently in Calgary, Alberta.
The award was presented in front of several hundred District II Best Western hoteliers from Alaska, Yukon, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. The Bronco Inn was one of just 110 hotels-out of 2,100 Best Western properties in the United States and Canada-to receive the designation this year.
The award is bestowed upon properties that demonstrate and best exemplify exceptional levels of service and care. The hotels must also meet quality and design standards and other membership requirements to qualify. The Bronco Inn management was presented with a plaque to memorialize their award.
"I am pleased to congratulate the Best Western Bronco Inn on receiving the 2019 Champion Customer Care Award," said Anthony Klok, Chairman of Best Western Hotels & Resorts' Board of Directors, in a press release.
Located at 105 W Galbreath Way, the Best Western Bronco Inn features 63 rooms and 24 hour indoor swimming pool with spa, fitness room and guest laundry. They also offer free wi-fi and a complimentary hot breakfast buffet.
