Brief: Temporary speed reduction in place on I-90 near Ritzville

New temporary speed limits on Interstate 90 near Ritzville were put in place this week, according to a news release from the Washington State Department of Transportation.

From milepost 208.16 just east of the State Route 21 interchange to milepost 218.60 just west of Ritzville, the speed limit has been temporarily reduced from 70 mph to 60 mph. The reduction of the speed limit is located in a work zone where WSDOT crews will be working to repave and stripe the roadway.
