Lead Agency: City of Ritzville

City of Ritzville has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public upon request.

This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) and the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the publish date below. Comments must be submitted by 4 pm on May 8, 2019.

Planning Commission Public Hearing: A hearing has been set before the Planning Commission of the City of Ritzville at the Ritzville City Hall, 216 E Main Avenue, during their regular meeting at 7:00pm on the 8th day of May, 2019. At that time any citizen may appear to give oral or written testimony with respect to the proposed conditional use permit. Recommendations from the Planning Commission will be submitted to the Ritzville City Council for final approval.

City Council Public Hearing: A hearing has been set before the City Council of the City of Ritzville at the Ritzville City Hall, 216 E Main Avenue, during their regular meeting at 7:10pm on the 21st day of May, 2019. At that time any citizen may appear to give oral or written testimony with respect to the proposed rezone.
