Nov. 4, 6:22 a.m. — A Lind complainant advised of a suspicious vehicle parked on E 3rd Street. The listed subject was at the empty residence attempting to install carpeting in the dark for a family that is moving in later that day.

Nov. 4, 6:14 p.m. — A Washtucna complainant called to report a possible weapons offense or threat on S Thiel Street. The complainant said he was in a verbal argument with a man, who had a pistol in his hand. The man said he never pointed the pistol at the complainant and it was a verbal argument only. Other people who witnessed the argument all said the same thing....
