Nov. 4, 6:22 a.m. — A Lind complainant advised of a suspicious vehicle parked on E 3rd Street. The listed subject was at the empty residence attempting to install carpeting in the dark for a family that is moving in later that day.
Nov. 4, 6:14 p.m. — A Washtucna complainant called to report a possible weapons offense or threat on S Thiel Street. The complainant said he was in a verbal argument with a man, who had a pistol in his hand. The man said he never pointed the pistol at the complainant and it was a verbal argument only. Other people who witnessed the argument all said the same thing.
Nov. 10, 9:28 a.m. — A Washtucna complainant advised of an abandoned vehicle in the area of S Gray Road and S Benge-Washtucna Road. The complainant’s wife advised that the vehicle had been parked over 24 hours. The officer checked the area and did not find the vehicle. The officer was not in cell service to contact the complainant, and when the officer did reach cell service the complainant did not answer the phone.
Nov. 10, 3:36 p.m. — A Lind complainant advised two St. Bernard dogs approached him in his backyard at his house on E 5th Street. He advised that they were barking and growling at him. He doesn’t know where the dogs went or who they belong to. The officer checked the area for the dogs and did not locate them.
