BUILDING DEDICATION

BUILDING DEDICATION. Community members packed into the recently completed addition at the Lind Community Church on Sunday, Sept. 16. The new addition to the fellowship building will allow for more space for church events, youth meetings and other functions. Pastor Steve Schofstoll stated the plan is also to make the space available to the community for use. The addition was designed to resemble the add-on to the sanctuary in the 1980s. The space comfortably seats 80 people for a meal, and over 100 for meetings. The building was dedicated in the memory and honor of Ken and Bernice Kanzler, who were long-time members of the church and who both recently passed away. -Photo courtesy of Louise Marcus
