HEALTH FAIR

HEALTH FAIR. The annual Health, Safety and Wellness Fair, coordinated by East Adams Rural Healthcare, attracted a wide array of community members to the American Legion Hall on Sept. 8. The event included a scavenger hunt for kids like Sofie Bouvette and Alaina Heider, who received assistance from Beverley Lomax and Stacie Gibler to complete the hunt. Discounted direct lab services were available onsite, as was the mobile blood drive. Vendors spoke with visitors about health and safety, as well as discussed the variety of services they provided. -Journal photo by Katelin Davidson
