BUSINESS AFTER HOURS. The Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce held a Business After Hours event at the Crazy Quilter, at 119 North I St., in Lind on Sept. 10. During the event, chamber members and patrons had the opportunity to tour Crazy Quiler’s new location, view the merchandise, learn about quilting retreats and classes, and see the two tortoises in the front windows. It is also a chance for people to meet Crazy Quilter owner P.J.
