Lind-Ritzville announces selection for superintendent

The Lind-Ritzville Cooperative School District Board of Directors have officially offered the superintendent position to Don Vanderholm.

Vanderholm is currently the principal of Mason High School and a graduate of Washington State University superintendent certification program.

There were 16 candidates who applied for the position, with the applicants being narrowed to four and interviewed on May 14.

The Board of Directors issued a statement, saying, “We look forward to the collaborative and wise leadership he will bring to the Lind-Ritzville Cooperative Schools as we build on the work that has been accomplished together.”
