Float preview on Main at dusk

The annual preview for the float designed by Ritzville Festivals Association is scheduled for, Thursday, May 17, at dusk. The float begins its loop, led by the Lind-Ritzville marching band, down Main Avenue just as the sun goes down.

The Distinguished Young Woman of Ritzville, Kierstin Witt, and the Ritzville Distinguished Young Women representatives Chelsie Watterson and Else Gielisch will be riding on the float. This year’s float theme is Flower Power.
