Ellie Gering places fourth in league golf match

The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague boys and girls golf team finished the regular season on May 1 after they competed in a league match at StoneRidge Golf Course in Blanchard, Idaho.

Ellie Gering recorded her highest finish of the season after she came in fourth place, hitting a career best 91.

On the boys’ side, Dirk Dahlman led the Broncos with a season best 87, while Spencer Gering finished with 92 and Morgan Brausen ended with 99.

With the regular season over, Head Coach Nick Weishaar said the outlook is looking well for the team as prepare for the first round of playoffs.

The Broncos began postseason play on May 7 at Sub-Districts, which took place at Deer Park Golf Course.
