Stanley V. Neace of Asotin died at age 92 on Jan. 30 at Guardian Angel Homes in Lewiston.
Stanley was born Oct. 27, 1925, in Endicott, to Stanley D. and Elsie (Evanson) Neace. He attended grade school in Benge and high school in Winona.
Stanley was raised and farmed on the family farm near Benge. He married Muriel K. Jordan on Oct. 11, 1943, in Winnemucca, Nevada, and continued to farm the family plot until 1978, when he and his family moved to Cloverland, Washington, where he farmed until 1991.
He retired in 1991 and moved to Asotin.
Stanley was known and loved by all for his big, mischievous smile and quiet ways. He loved his family and life on the farm, working with his machinery and cattle, and was frequently heard singing in the farm shop.
