Caring Neighbors, a nonprofit entity established by Big Bend Electric Cooperative, recently donated $1,800 to the Washtucna Public Development Authority. The money will be used for paint, trees, perennial plants, drip line hoses, building materials and art supplies in the Washtucna in Bloom Project.
