BEST VIEW. Aimee Knight shows Leah and Logan Dew how best to view the solar eclipse during the Eclipse Party on Aug. 21 in front of the Ritzville Public Library. Attendees of the event had an unobstructed view of the 91 percent eclipse from the front lawn of the library. The Ritzville Library also provided free eclipse glasses for those attending the event, as well as to individuals in the local communities. The event drew an estimated 50 people to downtown Ritzville in order to watch the eclipse together....
