Special Filing Period open Aug. 7-9 for local positions

Multiple offices did not receive filings during candidate filing week and has opened for a three-day special filing period on Aug. 7-9. Only the positions that did not have candidates file will be open during this period.

In Lind, the Lind School Board has a position opening for Director Position Five. It is a four-year term, previously held by Rena Wahl.

For the City of Ritzville, Council Ward Position Five is open. Michael Schrag previously held this four-year position.
