JEFFREY KISSLER

Army Staff Sgt. Jeffrey H. Kissler has retired from the U.S. Army after serving honorably for 23 years.Kissler was last serving as instructor and writer with 73rd Ordnance Training Detachment Garrison in Fort Gordon, Georgia. Kissler is the son of Bill Voss and Terry Midkiff of Ritzville. He is a 1994 graduate of Ritzville High School. -Contributed photo
