FLAG PRESENTATION. American Legion Post 51 Commander Mark Shepherd presents Brooke Koch with the flag that had been flying at half mast at the cemetery. Koch accepted the flag on behalf of Normadine Kulm, her great-grandmother, who was unable to make the trip for the ceremony. The flag was presented to the family in memory of Gerald Kulm, who was killed in the Vietnam War.
