FLOAT PREVIEW. The Ritzville Festival’s Association rolled out the newest float on May 18 in downtown Ritzville for the Distinguished Young Women representatives to use during the upcoming parade season. The float, “Dutch Delite”, will carry Distinguished Young Woman of Ritzville Tessa O’Brien (center), and finalists Sierra Kiel (left) and Rachel Schell (right) in the parades this summer.
