A Vets on the Farm presentation on May 3 displayed the potential of creating a similar program within Adams County to support returning veterans.
Washington State University Extension, Ritzville Classic Car Club, Adams County Development Council and the Adams County Commissioners sponsored the Wednesday night program.
Vicki Carter from the Spokane Conservation District led the presentation to inform residents on the future of the Vets on the Farm program in the area and explain how Adams County farmers can become involved.
