The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos competed in two track meets during the previous week, returning home to host the Undeberg Invitational on April 29.
The Broncos started their week at the NE 1B/2B League Meet at Mead High School on April 27.
The women’s team continued to excel and netted a ninth place finish after earning 40 points. The men’s team placed 12th with 18.5 points.
The women’s team was led by individual performances by Kallie Harder and Rachel Schell. Both earned a second place finish at the meet to earn points for their team.
Pake Taylor led the men’s team by placing third in the discus and fourth in the shot put.

The Broncos hosted the Undeberg Invitational on April 29, welcoming 30 teams and over 500 athletes to the Ritzville facilities.
Both of the Broncos’ teams ended up tied in scoring, with the women’s team tying for 11th with 24 points. The men’s team scored 14 points and tied for 12th place.
Harder scored first place in the discus event for the Broncos, helping score points for the team.
On the men’s side, Guiles earned a second place finish in discus, and Taylor placed third in the shot put.
