LIND-RITZVILLE FLORICULTURE TEAM

THE LIND-Ritzville Floriculture Team traveled to Woodland to compete in the State tournament on Saturday, March 25. The contest included problem solving, plant and tool identification, a team activity, general knowledge and individual practicum. The team earned eighth place and they will accept the award at the FFA State Convention in Pullman in the spring. During the competition, the team met Leanne Kesler (center), the education director and co-owner at the Floral Design Institute. Kesler congratulated the group and encouraged them to proceed in their hard work in Floral Design.
