DEDICATION CEREMONY

DEDICATION CEREMONY. Community members gathered on April 4 at the Zip’s plaza to honor former Mayor Linda Kadlec for her 24 years of service and dedication to the community. A plaque next to the city water fountain was dedicated to Kadlec for her service, countless improvements and successes to the City of Ritzville. Mayor Gary Cook expressed his gratitude to Kadlec for all her hard work and determination to help improve the city during her two terms as mayor. -Journal photo by Haley Roybal
