The County Committee (COC) is not only an integral part to the FSA but also symbolizes a unique way to serve the community.

The COC is one of the few grassroots system in place in the Federal government, allowing elected producers to decide on almost all things FSA; from simple actions like setting payment rates to large decision like granting relief for adverse decisions.

Without the COC, FSA would not exist.
