PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE

PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE. On Nov. 14, members of the Ritzville Eagles Auxiliary No. 2739 presented a check for $1,000 to the Inland Northwest Honor Flight Spokane Branch Representative Tony Lamanna, which they received through their Seattle Seahawks game raffle tickets. Community members had the opportunity to purchase the raffle tickets in an attempt to win two Seattle Seahawks tickets, a $50 gas card, Ritzville McDonalds meal certificates and over night lodging in Auburn. Half of the proceeds went towards the Ritzville Eagles’ building fund and the other half the Eagles donated to Inland Northwest Honor Flight in Spokane. The organization showcases support for Inland Northwest veterans by transporting them to Washington, D.C., to visit memorials dedicated to honor their service and sacrifices.
