The Ritzville Festivals Association is hosting a Penny Auction on Saturday, Nov. 5. The event takes place in the American Legion Hall and doors open at 11 a.m.
Winners are announced at 1 p.m. and the Ritzville Festivals Association is serving a lunch.
The American Legion Hall is located at 106 West Broadway in Ritzville.
