Lind Town Council approves Stantec pay request

The Lind Town Council approved a pay request from Stantec Engineering Company at their meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 11.

The meeting began with Mayor Jamie Schmunk introducing three new town employees. Kim Michaels has accepted the part-time position of Deputy Clerk and Blanche Richardson has accepted the part-time position of Clerk/Treasurer for the Town Hall Office.

Their responsibilities will include billing, filing, customer service and assisting the Mayor, she added.

Both employees have a type of military background as well as have experience in billing and organizational skills.
