Ritzville City Council approves request for support of local dog park

The Ritzville City Council made a motion to approve Mayor Gary Cook to sign a letter of interest in regards to a transfer of land ownership from Big Bend Electric Cooperative in order to establish a possible dog park location.

The meeting began with a presentation from Jane Campbell, president of Tail Waggin’ Dog Park requesting the Council’s approval for a letter of interest signed by Mayor Cook regarding the transfer of ownership of the piece of unoccupied land on Division Street below the substations.
